Cancellation Policy

If you need to make any urgent modifications, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request post 2 hours we would not be able to make any changes as orders immediately enters processing.

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchanges in specific cases, but returns and refunds are subject to eligibility.

When Are Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted?

  • Color Variation: A 10-15% color difference may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Material or Color Preference: We use premium-quality materials, and all product details are provided in the description. Please review them before ordering.
  • Change of Mind: Orders cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind after purchase.

Exchange Due to Size Issues

  • Please refer to the size chart before confirming your order. If unsure, our team can help you find the perfect size.
  • If you still face size issues after receiving your product, email us at help.themkmaan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and issue.
  • Exchange requests depend on the availability of the required size in the same design.
  • Exchange Fee: ₹200 per item will be charged to cover logistics costs (reverse pickup & re-dispatch).

Exchange Due to Damaged Products

  • Our quality control team ensures all products are in perfect condition before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will assist with an exchange.
  • Email us at help.themkmaan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Order details
    • Unboxing video for verification
    • Clear images of the product
  • Once verified and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 60 days.

International Orders

  • International orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

We aim for complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, refunds are subject to specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Refunds

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
