Delivery Terms

Processing & Dispatch

  • We process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS for real-time order updates.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. (Delays may occur due to remote locations, weather, or unforeseen factors.)
  • International Orders: Delivered within 7-12 business days, depending on country and location within the country.

Address & Delivery Modifications

If you need to change your delivery address or contact details, please email us at help.themkmaan@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to update the information before dispatch. However, modifications are not guaranteed once the order is processed.

Urgent Delivery Requests

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders.
  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

💡 Note: Import duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. TheMKMaan is not responsible for these charges. If refused, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Delays & Non-Delivery

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. However, once the package is handed over, delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • In case of a delay exceeding 15 days (for domestic) or 20 days (for international), please contact us for assistance.

Stock Availability & Order Fulfillment

We maintain accurate stock counts. However, in rare cases of stock discrepancies, we will:

  • Offer an alternative product or full refund based on your preference.
